Day 7 update

Back again after a little break,

Well its been a week and I cant believe how much change we are seeing in ourselves. Not only us but Im getting the odd comment already Are you losing weight? are you doing the gym thing? What are you doing?

Well the more people I meet through Isagenixs the more I hear "its a gift". mmm well guess what it is. Ive done lots of training, consumed various different supplements and to be honest with no exercise and just smashing myself with these products, I cant believe the results !! so yes it is a gift SHARE IT

Its a must to measure yourself as well as initial weight numbers, cos sometimes the shape changes with slight weight increase, its called muscle hehehe.

So anyway back to the blogging, I decided to go for a bike ride today, 25kms into 25k wind.well got home expecting to as sore as but not bad at all. really feel like I didn't have a ride. Most surprising thin was putting the cycle jersey on that was how o you say"snug" fitting 7 days ago appears to be hanging freely WTF.

One more shake day tomoz and were up for another detox cleanse day.

will flick a blog post cleanse

Ist ever Deep Cleanse Day

Day 4 First Deep Cleanse Day

So the day both of us were unsure of, This is the first of 2 deep cleanse days scheduled for the 30 day Presidents Pack.

Both Nina and I have medical conditions that need to be monitored, so we made the call to do one deep cleanse day only.

So the assumption is that by doing these detox days it will rid your body of toxins, if that's the case maybe I need 7 detox days after the abuse Ive put my body through.

The attack plan is the usual 8 tablets followed  by a surprisingly nice tasting berry flavoured detox solution. Another detox mix for lunch and one for mid afternoon, culminating with a night time detox and some more tablets. In amongst this an abundance of water and the beautiful little isasnacks (taste like ovaltinies).

We were out for the whole day today only just getting home at 630pm. We were at the isagenixs Super  Saturday conference in Brisbane. I have to admit I have never been in a room with so many healthy, happy people. not one whinger for the day.

Caught up with an old friend who has been with Isagenixs only 14mths has progressed through the business and is earning huge dollars.

So how do we feel, Nina felt queasy first up but a green tea or two has her peaking again. As Nina says, You do feel a little hungry but its all worth it.

Neale- I'm really looking forward to my morning shake its all in the head

As per the doctors orders I checked my glucose levels just now after not eating all day with a result of 6.6mgl. As a diabetic that hasn't eaten all day that is good, but again this is me so if other diabetics are reading this EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT  however based on my experience today, I agree with my doctors opinion in my earlier post. GET INTO IT !!

I hope someone is helped by our journey, feel free to contact us on facebook if you have any questions.

Day 3

Day3

OK so we are now 3 days completed into the 30 day program.

Nina has had no ill effects since to initial stomach upset but says shes feeling a bit tired OH it is 11pm so were not blaming the program on this one.

I seem to be having a better quality of sleep, leading up to commencing this I was struggling to get out of bed after a sleep. I don't spring up into action on waking up but feel a lot more content and rested.

Tomorrow is our first cleansing day, no shakes and a different routine, I have decided if I'm really struggling ill eat something healthy as then Doctor specified, but I'm feeling well satisfied with our combined progress to date.

Ill give an update after the first cleanse / detox day tomoz.

Anything specific you'd like to ask you can look us up on facebook and message us.

Day 1

Day 1

Ok so Nina an I get home from work an find our Isagenix box sitting at the door step.

On opening the box, any concerns we had around value for money were quickly dismissed.
DVD, literature, shakes, pills, pills and some more pills, a blender and where do we start quickly came to mind!!

Ok so watching the DVD was pretty much based around the business side and company profile.
Some really good instructions on what is a shake day! what is a cleanse day! and when each occurs.
Also what tablets to take at what point of the day, all very easy to understand.

So after a bit of light reading we are both keen to get on with it, we decide to wait for the morning.

Wednesday morning we get up around 530 am, I get to the shake day/cleanse day planner now fixed to the fridge and start sorting the 8 tablets each that we need to take. Next decision, chocolate or vanilla?  Chocolate is it.

So two shakes down and 16 tablets shared we are off to work. Prepared lunch of  potato and meat (previous nights dinner), along with isasnacks in tow.

Home after work im hanging for some food!! cooked up some dinner for the little ones of spaghetti bolognaise, (now that smelt good). packed up 2 small servings for the next days lunch for the grown ups.

Evening shakes and another 6 tablets Nina felt a bit queezy wanting to vomit but didn't, I felt fine.

Off to bed with no sign of hunger pains.

How did we discover isagenixs?

                                         How did we discover Isagenixs?

Well some wonderful friends of ours Alisia and Corey Mckenzie introduced us to the range of products explaining all the benefits from weightloss to nutrition.I have to admit once the network marketing conversation took place I'm hearing little Amway voices in my head again!!!!

Only interested in the weight loss aspect I decided to keep an open mind, while my lovely half decided she wanted it all,the weight loss and the business aspect as well. So we venture over to the McKenzie's for a Sunday lunch and a chat about whats on offer. Two minutes into the conversation im handed a chocolate isashake from Corey. Tastes nice, quite a bit different to whey protein shakes of yesteryear.

Okay so my heads going good products looks legit how much is this gonna set me back????
to which the beautiful Alisia pipes up with, what if we could show you how to have your products and be compensated for it?/

This conversation led into the you plus two, them plus two explanation, by this time I'm counting friends and possible dollars. The afternoon ended as the sun was dropping and we had a fair hike home.

We left with the commitment that we'd give it a go and talk soon.

OK so being Diabetic type 2 I had some obvious concerns around sugar, sodium, carbohydrates and reduced food intake especially during the first 30 days. Being fairly confident i was all over how id handle it my wife showed the usual concerns of all good sweetheart now go see the doctor.

The doctors visit went like
D-What can I help you with?
Me- well you know I'm diabetic i want your opinion on how to handle a new nutritional program i want to try
D- whats it called ?
Me- Isagenixs
Dr MMM i know about this? OK so what are your concerns
Me well sugar, carbs, lack of regular meals, supplements etc etc etc
Dr So I had a family come to see me who had dramatic weight loss, the father around 50kgs,the mother around 25kgs and the son around 20kgs, I asked them how they had lost the weight and kept it off, ISAGENIXS. so I was totally blown away, here is my doctor telling me to get into it as well..

The logical precautions of if you really need food intake eat, monitor your levels especially if you feel strange but overall listen to your body.

NOW IVE GOT TO STRESS HE SAID THIS TO ME !!!!
Id suggest if you have a chronic condition such as diabetes that you get checked out, everyone is different.

Well this was a good enough reference for me so in goes the order and three days later I have a parcel on the doorstep.

Please check the next blog day one

about us

                                                             ABOUT US

Hi my name is Neale Fletcher, my wife and I have decided to start a blog of our isajourney in the hope that someone will find the blog helpful in making the most of their own experience.
I am a 50 year old, diabetic six feet tall and weigh 100kgs on day one of our journey. I was diagnosed with diabetes about two years ago where i weighed in at 108 kgs.Once diagnosed i commenced cycling, changed up my diet and dropped to 94kgs within the first 8 months. Workload, study, family time and a general lock of motivation set me back on the path of unhappiness. with a past sporting history of rugby league and weight training, then cycling and throw in the need to carefully monitor food groups and consumption for the diabetes, I have a well rounded knowledge of nutrition.

My beautiful wife Nina is in her mid 40's(not polite to publish a woman's age). 57kgs in weight and as far as I'm concerned perfect in most ways. As we all know, happy wife-happy life But not happy with her appearance or health,(I dont understand why). We have two beautiful boys together and live on the Gold Coast in Qld Australia.  Two cats, one moggy one Burmese (a wedding gift) and a husky dog.

Anyways that's our story to this point, please join us on our journey further through or introduction to Isagenixs and the commencement of our health and weight loss journey.

Cheers for now
